For our community to contribute through ideas, actions and funding - we are launching the EBS Impact Fund to support innovative initiatives and projects that significantly impact the fund's focuses.
Entrepreneurs in the field of education have ideas, energy and resources, but they operate in a market where there is a competitor with deep pockets who also controls the creation and implementation of regulations covering the field.Usume, et lahendus on era- ja avaliku sektori koostöö parandamises. Prototyping new ideas and MVPs will continue to come from the private sector, but scaling a product/service well received by students requires a "leveller playing field" that can be created and maintained by the public sector. Getting there is time- and resource-intensive, but it is essential for both EBS and the Estonian educational landscape. With the help of the Impact Fund, we involve partners and finance activities to find solutions to problems in the education sector, making the Estonian education market more open and making better use of the limited resources used by the industry.
2026, the educational and business campus Eedu (www.eedu.ee) will be finished. It is an experiment with a new urban space that brings the university closer to students. Under one roof, there are different areas for study, work, events, sports and leisure time with colleagues, friends and family. The budget for building a school and public space is 21 million euros, most of which we will cover with the funds received from the sale of apartments and commercial premises. You can contribute both during construction and after the campus is completed by bringing your company's trainings and events to the campus.
You can participate in the work of the fund by supporting the fund financially or by applying your knowledge and skills.
