EBS is evolving: new programmes and more opportunities to grow

Written by Anto Liivat | Apr 28, 2026 5:43:17 PM

EBS has taken a significant step forward. We have updated our study programmes to better meet the expectations of today’s business world and to support learners at every stage of life and career. At the bachelor’s level, there are now four clearly distinct programmes, while at the master’s level we focus on practical leadership skills and international competitiveness.

Why does this matter for you as an alumnus/alumna?
Today’s job market is changing rapidly – digital skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead teams are becoming increasingly important. The updates at EBS reflect these challenges and offer you the opportunity to update or deepen your knowledge exactly where you need it most.

Bachelor’s programmes

NEW! Product and Technology Management
Developed in collaboration with the programming school //kood, this programme combines business and technology. The focus is on hands-on experience (including 30 ECTS of internship) and readiness to work in technology-intensive companies.

Impactful Entrepreneurship
The programme follows a business simulation approach, allowing you to go through the entire lifecycle of a company. It is ideal for those who want to start their own business and bring impactful ideas to life.

International Business Administration
Provides a strong foundation for a career in an international business environment, with the option to specialise in finance and accounting or marketing and communication. The programme’s quality is confirmed by a five-year EFMD accreditation awarded in 2025 – a distinction held by fewer than 50 bachelor’s programmes worldwide.

Entrepreneurship and Business Administration
EBS’s only Estonian-language programme. Updated specialisations in business development and management, as well as entrepreneurship and innovation, allow you to choose your preferred focus. The session-based format enables you to combine studies with work and family life.

Master’s programmes

At the master’s level, we focus on practical leadership skills and support international career ambitions.

MA in International Business Administration
Provides in-depth knowledge and practical skills for strategic management. Suitable if you hold a bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or management.
Studies are centred on practical experience, including an extensive consulting project in collaboration with companies (12 ECTS Business Consulting Microdegree). International exposure is enhanced by a double degree opportunity with HEC Liège Management School and exchange opportunities at leading business schools such as Bocconi, Copenhagen Business School, Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, and BI Norwegian Business School.

A master’s degree offers a clear competitive advantage: while one in three people in Europe has a higher education degree, only one in seven holds a master’s degree – giving you the confidence to make impactful decisions and stand out in the international job market.

NEW! MBA in Digital Product Management
The first master’s programme in Estonia focused on digital product management. It combines technology and business, equipping you with practical skills to lead both products and teams. Designed for technology professionals who aim to grow into leadership roles and take responsibility for developing digital solutions. This programme fills the gap between traditional business administration and IT-focused studies by combining technological expertise with a strategic business perspective.

MBA in Strategic Management
Designed for managers and specialists who want to grow into strategic decision-makers and drive ambitious change within their organisations. During your studies, you can choose microdegrees and shape a unique specialisation based on your interests and career goals, either at EBS or with our partner universities worldwide.
