How “going back” is actually a driving force forward

Dear fellow alumnus!

This spring brought me back to EBS. For me, it was a step forward, bringing along the experiences and the network acquired in the meantime to support what is truly close to my heart – providing entrepreneurship education.

In this newsletter, we focus on how “going back” is actually a driving force forward. The EBS rector reflects on what would bring Estonia back to the path of economic growth. EBS alumni have found their way back to EBS premises through their ventures, organizing events, or starting longer-term collaborations with us. The feedback from the summer alumni survey immediately triggered curriculum updates. In September, a record number of EBS community members came back to Jõelähtme to compete in the traditional EBS Madis Habakuk Cup Invitational golf tournament. We also see the need to take more responsibility, one way of which is to give back to society.
