Eedu, rising next to EBS, is no longer just a vision of the future. Construction Progress: Eedu is Growing Floor by Floor
By the end of October, the construction site already showed remarkable height. The concrete pouring of the tower’s elevator shaft reached the 13th floor, and the tower’s structural frame rose to the 10th floor.
Eedu Spaces: Interest Has Been Significant
Among alumni, there are certainly those who have followed Eedu’s development from a real estate perspective, and here too the numbers are impressive. A total of 45 apartments have been sold, which is 34% of all units.
Financing: Construction is funded by LHV Bank with €60 million.
